据国家卫健委数据统计，截止到3月12日24点，31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团报告新增确诊病例8例，湖北新增确诊病例5例（武汉5例）。

According to statistics from the China National Health and Medical Commission, 31 provinces (including autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are 8 new confirmed cases on March 12, while 5 of the cases are from Hubei province.
